Oh, well&#8230;slept okay last night but was up at three and then out of bed around 6:30 but I feel kind of worn out today&#8230;I did get my new earbuds yesterday and they synched up with my tablet pretty easily so I&#8217;m going to use them for the indoor ride this morning&#8230;but, I&#8217;m going to try to get an outdoor ride in today as soon as it gets warm enough&#8230;.and that should be after lunch&#8230;didn&#8217;t get a lot done yesterday&#8230;no, that&#8217;s not true&#8230;I got enough done so it didn&#8217;t trigger the guilts and I need to do that again today but I&#8217;m not sure if that will be cleaning or what but I do need to do something&#8230;have to figure out meals for a few days and I don&#8217;t have a clue what they will be&#8230;I do have pork steaks for one but I&#8217;m not sure what the second meal will be&#8230;I did discover what looks like a good show last night on netflix called &#8220;The Night Agent&#8221; and that will give me something to watch for the next 8 days&#8230;.not much to do today&#8230;just going to ease into it and read some news before I get on the bike<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;damn, another winter storm is coming for tomorrow night and I am so damn tired of the cold and snow&#8230;I mean no temps over 50 at all in March?
