Well…it’s raining out here for the first time in almost two months but I’m sure it’s not going to revive my lawn…but it’s going to keep raining for another hour or so and that will keep me off the bike for a while…I can use the rest…up at 6:23 this morning and I lost an earplug overnight and can’t find it…weird…I have muscle in my right arm that is twitching today and it has been doing that off and on for a couple of weeks now….I think it may be that I really didn’t eat enough for the past few days…under a thousand calories for days and that’s not sustainable…didn’t get anything done yesterday so I need to clean today…don’t have to cook today with doing the chicken yesterday but I’m not sure what the second meal will be…maybe some of the rotisserie chicken slices in a sandwich? I do have potato salad to use and some asparagus but nothing appeals to me right now….still can’t taste much and that makes it harder to fuel up…not much to do today…just going to sit here and have coffee and watch LeMans for a bit as I read the news and look for a topic for later today….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
