Well…it’s 1:30 in the afternoon and it’s still raining and we sure needed that…but that means I’m running out of time to get on the bike before the race comes on at 3:30 since riding takes a little over an hour per ride…so, maybe I should just take the day off? The last time off was after the last biopsy a month ago so my legs could probably use the rest…and it’s only in the 50’s out here and the weather channel says it’s going to keep raining until almost 7 pm so I guess I’ll just suck it up and clean instead…but that means I have to keep the calories down around 500 for the day…so that was a small chicken breast and three spoonfuls of potato salad…haven’t been sleeping too well and feel pretty worn out today…probably should try to take a nap this afternoon I’m that tired…oh, well…need to check on the rain and see if riding is possible…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
