Well…man, I feel really worn out after the work day yesterday and I wonder if it’s from getting old? My back still hurts from the yard work but it’s not quite as severe as it was last night so I’ll take it…up at 6:04 this morning but laid in bed til after 6:30 and I’m still forcing myself to get out of bed when I don’t need to and I’m not sure why….it still feels wrong to relax and after all this time it shouldn’t…after all, I worked my butt off yesterday so I would think I’ve earned an easy day…I would really like to buy a steak to grill for my birthday but damn, at 20 bucks for a ribeye? That just isn’t going to happen…and I won’t be able to eat it anyway with the periodontist work I’m having done before it…oh, well…not going to get the big ride in this week so it will have to happen next week….need to carbo load before it and I don’t see that happening until the weekend….it looks like the ind is going to pick up later this morning since there is a “beach hazard” warning up today for big waves and rip tides but the water is not warm enough to swim so that’s kind of moot…not much to do today…it’s warm enough to get on the bike right now but it’s sprinkling so I’ll wait a bit…need to get the ingredients for potato salad done but just don’t feel like it right now…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
