Well…I really hate zoom calls….and I have one at 11 today and it won’t work and it’s going to be so frustrating…slept okay last night but feel worn out today….I know I didn’t eat enough yesterday with a slice of pizza and a chicken sandwich but I didn’t do much but ride the bike so I guess that evens out…I do need to keep losing weight so I’ll keep up not eating….it’s almost 7:30 and I need to get out on the bike soon to get two rides in by 10:30…one of these days I’m going to take a day off…I guess that will wait til after the surgery when I’ll have two months off….I do need to keep cleaning this place up so it will be presentable when my daughter gets here……I wonder if I should go to the beach this week since I won’t be able to swim after the surgery…damn, my life is really going to suck after the 25th…oh,well…I’m still thinking that they are going to find that my cancer is much worse and it’s going to kill me…I think I’ll work on updating my will when my daughter is here…it would suck to die at only 70 but I can accept it…not much to do today…just need to get on the bike right now and get going….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
