Well…as you know, I have to start rehab for my surgery next week but I couldn’t remember what time they said so I called them this afternoon and I’m glad I did…I knew that it is on the 21st of the month but I thought it was Tuesday when it is really Monday…and I would have missed the appointment and would have to wait until after the UK trip to get started…getting that straightened out means I’ll get three sessions in before the trip…not sure what they are going to be able to do for me but the nurse I talked to earlier in the week said I still need to do it to make sure everything in there is supported by the muscles that are left…doing okay but insurance will pay for it but I’ll bet I have a 45 buck copay for each session…and that’s going to hurt….oh, well…still waiting on the big bill to come and when it does, I’ll be down to about 25k in the bank but that’s still not too bad…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
