Well…damn, it’s 59 degrees out there so I’m going to be able to go out on the bike in shorts this morning for the last time…slept okay last night but I’m pretty darn sore from the work yesterday and most of it is in my neck for some reason…so I just hit it with biofreeze and will take some ibuprofen in a bit after I get some coffee down me…and I have the heating pad on my back to get ready for the rides…don’t have a lot to do today but clean after the rides since I still have leftovers to eat today…have the pork shoulder to cook tomorrow and I’ll do that in the instant pot with some onions and celery…going to use beef broth as the liquid and then make some gravy with it…need to do mashed potatoes and veggies, too…it was nice to get all of the tree work done yesterday but it was a pretty big pain that is causing me pain…it was so much effort that I’m feeling how old I am and I don’t like it one bit….need to cut back what I’m eating to take the pounds off that I’ve added over the past couple of months…not sure if I want to get back down to 160 or so but 165 would be okay…not much to do today…just the bike rides and I think I’ll wash the car this aft…then put the hose away since there is a freeze coming later in the week….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
