Well…that was a little better…slept through the night and didn’t get up til almost 7 and I’ll take that rather than getting out of bed at 5…but I still feel worn out at almost 8 but I’m hoping the coffee will help with that….had the doctor appointment yesterday and there was nothing alarming found so I’m not seeing him until next fall…I am going to go to a seminar they are offering to get my end of life stuff all set in a couple of weeks…I’ll get my DNR and will and the rest of it done then so I’ll have a packet for my daughter in case I croak….I did hear from the tree people last night and I’m in the queue and it looks like it will only be a couple of weeks until they can get to me…and I like these guys so that takes a load off…got all of the branches piled up and took the branch off the mulberry tree that was shattered so now all I have to do is wait….I have gained 10 pounds since the surgery and that is not acceptable to me so I’ll get on losing that weight after I go through all of the bad food I bought…I am going to try to get an outdoor ride in today but the F1 sprint race is on at 10 so I need to work around that and Michigan plays at 7:30 tonight so that will conflict with a race so I’ll have to figure that out…I do need to figure what I want to plant to replace the tree they are taking down…either a red maple or an apple tree but I know I’ll never see apples from it…but I think the next owner of this place will appreciate it…not much to do today…just going to sit here for a bit and have more coffee and then make chicken Masala for lunch…indoor ride for the first one here in a minute then outside….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
