Well…damn, I wonder how I went from sleeping through the night last week to not sleeping at all last night? Up too many times to count and feel so darn worn out that it’s going to be almost too much effort to do the grocery run this morning…but I want to make ham soup today and don’t have any carrots to put in it…need to get the first ride in before that and I’m hoping to get an outdoor ride in to keep up the 30 miles a day I need to make the goal…but the little weather widget just said “high winds today” so it may be a chore to go outside today…got a lot done yesterday and I’m easing up to taking a day off at some point soon just to get some rest…my allergies are really bad this morning with my nose running and head plugged up…when it warms up, I need to hit Menards for some deck wash to scrub the front steps and get the algae off of them…did that the first summer I was here but it grew back and now looks an ugly green…but that will wait until I get the hoses out and can spray it after I scrub…not much to do today…well, that’s not true…going to be running again today and won’t be done til late afternoon but that will set me up to have an easy day tomorrow….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
