Well…damn, I’m sore everywhere this morning and I wonder how it’s going to feel on the bike? Going to do three rides outdoors this morning since there is little wind and it’s going to be sunny and almost 60 when I go out in an hour or so…I am going to sit here and enjoy the luxury of coffee and time today…don’t have anything to do today…okay, I do have things to do but nothing that is really pressing so I can choose what to do…going to grill some chicken today so I can make some chicken burritos for the next few days…I do need to clean the bathroom at some point and that will probably be this afternoon…the pain in my shoulders has moved to the right side where it has always been and it must be from sleeping on it last night…didn’t sleep well with getting up around three and then up and down the rest of the night but I feel okay…but the coffee needs to work soon or I’ll be dragging on the bike….it was a little weird to have a big chunk come out of the rear tire tread on the bike yesterday…it was as big as the tip of my finger and I could feel it through the seat coming back…but the tube protectors did their jobs so I didn’t have to put a new tube in…lots of races on today with F1, Indycar, and nascar all on and at the same time so I’ll have to pick what I want to watch…and cook chicken before all of that….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
