Well…man, my sleep patterns are getting to be too repetitive and not in a good way…up at 3 am again today and out of bed a little after 5:30 and I wonder that I have to do to sleep at least til 6am? I did leave the house open overnight an there is a nice breeze blowing through here right now…and it’s only getting into the 70’s today and I’ll take it…got scorched at the beach yesterday so I’ll need to let my skin rest a couple of days before going out to the beach again…the water was perfect and I was in swimming for more that 30 minutes…didn’t get the back steps cleaned yesterday so that will be a chore for today after the three rides that will start by 7 and that is only 32 minutes away…I did get the dead pea plants out of the garden and planted more yesterday along with some beans so I may have more of them in August…some of the swelling has gone out of my right foot but I’m not sure how to get the rest of it gone…probably need to stop cocktails to do that and I’m not sure I want to do that…I did get the chicken grilled for soft tacos and they came out good but I need to make some potato soup today for a second meal…I still need a day off but I’m locked in to keeping going with the goals I have for the year…have to keep riding every day with that goal for the year and need to keep piling on the miles to get to 7,100…got to 5,272 yesterday and that is only about 1,800 left to go…the worst 5 days of the year starts Wed with the biggest motorcycle event in Michigan going on here for 5 days…nothing but racing bikes and maga assholes clogging up the streets…and concerts that are so loud that I’ll have earplugs in to work on the yard…oh, well…need to get moving in 20 minutes and need more coffee…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
