Well…after all of the work on the yard yesterday, my energy levels were so low this morning that I barely made it through the first two rides and was planning on only doing two to try to start to recover…but after setting the sod around the garage, I felt better and got back on the bike for the third ride…but was finished working by 11:40..and I am so sore from the spading yesterday, I wonder how bad it’s going to be with the second day rule? I guess we’ll see…all of the joints I abused yesterday are just aching right now and I will have to treat them with topicals before I settle in for the night…lots of voltaren on my shoulders and elbows and some biofreeze on my back and neck…need to run an errand in the morning since I ran out of tortillas and still have chicken tacos to make tomorrow…along with the potato salad that I cooked the ingredients for today…I hope this one lasts to the end and doesn’t spoil like the last batch…okay, need to get settling in to watch some good shows tonight…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
