Well…today was not too busy but I did get some things done so I don’t feel bad about that…got the three rides in before 10 or so and then did the weed walk since I had weeds near the front of the house that needed to be taken care of…then I didn’t do much until I grilled some chicken and pork loin and had dinner early…still have the compression socks on to try to keep the swelling down and it is working some but not enough…looks like I’ll have to take a month or so off of cocktails to fix it…but not tonight…probably tomorrow…oh, well…I did get my absentee ballot in today and rode past the big old house that had just been moved to a new lot for the third time just about a block from here…we did get some rain out here yesterday and overnight but that’s not going to save the lawn…it is supposed to rain tomorrow but if it doesn’t I’m going to start taking the garden and perennials out at the back of the house….so I can put it out next week…it was so damn humid out here today that I’ve been sweating like crazy all day…and I was so flat on the first ride that I had to come back here and eat something before the second ride or I wouldn’t have made it though it….so I ate a lot today…for me…to try to avoid that tomorrow…okay, want to read a bit before I settle in for the night…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
