{"id":30339,"date":"2024-08-07T06:55:23","date_gmt":"2024-08-07T10:55:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=30339"},"modified":"2024-08-07T06:55:23","modified_gmt":"2024-08-07T10:55:23","slug":"august-7th-16","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=30339","title":{"rendered":"August 7th"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;today is the day&#8230;only have 32 miles to break my all time yearly mileage record of 6,109 today but it&#8217;s only 57 degrees out there right now so that will mean going out in a long sleeved t-shirt or waiting for the temp to come up a bit&#8230;slept okay last night but I&#8217;m feeling pretty worn out this morning and it is going to be a struggle to get on the bike in 15 minutes&#8230;didn&#8217;t get anything done yesterday but I do need to figure out meals for the next few days since all the leftovers are gone&#8230;not sure what is coming out of the freezer but I need to look in there and get something out&#8230;.maybe chicken thighs again?
