Well…it really is a good thing that the Olympics are over…two weeks of getting nothing done ended as the sports ended and I got the back door frame scraped and painted today…I did get a little scorched even though I put the 100 sunscreen on before I started…but that is now done and just in time with the EPL starting up Friday with Man U playing Fulham and that will take up a lot of time… as I watch as many of the matches that I can…I really hope they play better this year…haven’t really kept up on the changes that happened in the transfer window and I really hope they’ve added some players that can score…I am going to take it a little easier since I’m almost up to 6,300 miles on the bike that leaves only 800 left to go for the goal…was really dizzy on the bike on the third ride and I know it’s from not eating enough but it’s harder than it looks to get over 1,000 calories a day…oh, well…have been cleaning out the freezer so I have room to buy some 89 cents a pound chicken legs at Aldis to grill…have been thinking about a porterhouse steak but damn, 15-20 dollars for one steak?
