{"id":30483,"date":"2024-08-30T07:08:43","date_gmt":"2024-08-30T11:08:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=30483"},"modified":"2024-08-30T07:08:43","modified_gmt":"2024-08-30T11:08:43","slug":"august-30th-14","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=30483","title":{"rendered":"August 30th"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;up at about the same time as always this morning&#8230;okay, that&#8217;s not true&#8230;I wake up at weird times all the time but today it was around 6 or so&#8230;there is a nice breeze blowing through here right now and it looks like it&#8217;s not going to be light before the rain comes in so I&#8217;ll be doing the first ride downstairs today&#8230;.we might even get a little storm and that would be cool&#8230;had the feeling that it was Saturday when I got up and that has been going on all week&#8230;with no routine the days just run together&#8230;I forgot to take food out of the freezer so I&#8217;m not sure what I&#8217;ll be eating today&#8230;maybe some pasta? Or a hot ham and cheese sandwich?
