Well…damn, I’m sore this morning and the yard work used new muscles that all hurt now….at least I have most of the yard work done and I don’t have to think about it anymore…it’s 7 am and I just poured the first cup of coffee so I’ll have to wait for it to work to get moving today…put heat on my neck last night and it helped a bit but I can still feel that there is something wrong in it so I’ll be pushing for x-rays when I have my yearly check up on the 19th…it’s hurt for 5 months now and that’s just not right…only did 2 rides yesterday and I’m just not motivated to do more than that…but, I’ll be dragging my butt downstairs here in a bit since it’s only 35 out there right now…might have to do two indoor rides today…with how I feel, it’s going to be a struggle to do much of anything today…I did cook yesterday but I still need to find the second meal for the next few days…but that won’t start til tomorrow since I still have the last bowl of soup to have for lunch….not much to do today…need to get moving soon…just noticed that it’s 7:12 right now and that is the address to the property I grew up on…712 Ada Drive…and I wonder how I got here…and I finally realize that my days are numbered…won’t make it through the next four years and I need to plan how that will work…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
