Well…damn, I’m worn out and need to take a day off…would like nothing better than to just sit here and watch tv as I wait for Man U to start at 9 but I won’t…have to get on the indoor bike in less than 20 minutes and that does not look too attractive right now…and I’m so damn cold that I don’t know if I’ll ever get used to it again…didn’t get a lot done yesterday other than the rides and today looks the same…I should start getting rid of the cobwebs downstairs and organizing all the crap down there and I may but it doesn’t look likely…just really don’t care about doing anything anymore but I’ll do the bike rides on autopilot since I have to…it looks like they are cleaning up the house next door to sell it and have a full dumpster in the driveway so I’ll have a new family of noisemakers to deal with and that sounds pretty daunting…won’t be able to get outdoors on the bike until almost noon unless I want to do full thermasuit and I’m not ready for that yet…today looks like just a survival day for me but I do need to figure out the second meal that could be a salad since I do have a head of lettuce and a tomato in the fridge….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
