Well…another day of not being able to get going but I’ve just poured the first cup of coffee so maybe it will help…it’s over 50 right now and I was going to ride outdoors but the wind is blowing hard enough to hear it so that isn’t going to happen…oh, well…I did get almost 30 miles in yesterday and I’m gradually heading toward the goal but as the miles pile on, it gets harder to keep going…slept okay last night but it’s from self medicating that ends today and for the next week…kind of looking forward to that…I do need to put the 7 bags of leaves out today and empty the garage and I may want to fill another one but that depends on how I feel later…might go out and look for the smoked turkey at Aldis today just to get out of here for a bit and I do need more allergy tablets, too….so a run to Meijers might be included…don’t have a lot of food here and I may be able to put a turkey in the freezer if it turns out to be something I like….we’ll see…not much to do today…just need to get moving and get the rides in and then see what happens…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
