Well…damn, I’m running late today and need to get on the bike in 5 minutes or I won’t get the grocery run done on time….the wind is howling out here again and I’m getting pretty tired of it…it would be nice to have a day to ride where I’m not going into the brick wall…so maybe today will be a three ride day indoors….I did get some results from the blood test and there are some concerning things in it…and I really may be reaching the end and that is getting to be a relief after what is going on in this country…it looks like I don’t need to buy a new car after all since I won’t outlive the Miata…damn, it’s cold out here again today and we have a hard freeze going on…I wonder how long the flowers I have left on the side of the house are going to survive it? Okay, it’s 6:48 and I need to get on the bike right now to get a ride in before I need to do the grocery run…so this one is short but I’ll come back…going to buy a turkey and a ham today and I can eat red meat again since they already know my cholesterol is through the roof…I’m done with even worrying about that….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
