Well…yow, didn’t get out of bed til 7:30 this morning and that is so damn unusual that I had to note it…and it puts me so late for getting on the bike that I’m not sure how many miles I’ll get in today….I do need to cook today but I’m not sure if it will be for lunch or dinner…have thawed chicken that is ready so I guess early would be the choice…have way too much food and the turkey I have thawing is just going to add to that…along with the ham I got yesterday so maybe I should figure out what needs to go in the freezer…didn’t get a lot done yesterday and today looks the same since I only have the first cup of coffee down and it’s 8 am….so no bike til 8:30 or so and I think the outdoor ride will wait until the afternoon since it’s going to rain off and on all morning…I am really looking forward to the time when I can just let the day unfold instead of rushing to get on the bike and get the miles in….but that will not happen until I find out if I’m dying or not next Tuesday…I was really thinking I’d make it to 80 riding the bike but I’m okay if I don’t…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
