Well…damn, I can’t figure out why I feel so cold all the time but I’m sitting here freezing at the 66 degree temp I have the thermostat set to…the coffee should warm me up enough so I can get on the indoor bike in a few minutes but it’s not working yet…I do need an easy day at some point but I’m not sure if it will be today or not…I may be able to get two outdoor rides in today since it’s already 47 degrees out there and getting into the 50’s this morning…didn’t get a lot done yesterday other than cook but I don’t need to do that today so I should get off my butt and get some things done…starting with this…have been working for more than 15 minutes that is just not normal..just had the thought that this could be the last weekend that I’m not dying or that I don’t know that I’m dying….and that is a weird thought…oh, well…boy, it’s getting harder and harder to get my days started when all I want to do is just sit here and do nothing…but I won’t…going to finish this first cup of coffee and then get moving right now at 7:37….and then stumble through the day…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
