Well…darn, up at 5:04 but I did sleep okay and even had dreams for the second night in a row and that is strange for me….it really is strange being able to sleep on my back for the first time in years and years and that leaves me with no pain in my shoulders…should be a good thing, huh? With everything that is going on, I’m not sure about that…looks like I will be able to jam all the rides in before 10 if I can get moving and get downstairs for the first one by 6:30 and then outside as soon as the sun comes up about 7:45…still don’t think I’ll be able to get out in shorts today but I am going to try tomorrow when my day will be a little more flexible…cripes, it looks like it’s raining out there so it looks like two rides in and then hope for clear to get outdoors for one ride…I think I’m going back to my roots for the next two books by reading a little science fiction favorites that I picked up at the sale but we’ll see…it’s like watching tv just to stay distracted when there is nothing on that really grabs me or that’s new….okay, you know what my plans are for the day…just cooking and no cleaning since I did a lot of that yesterday in the living room and now my equipment is really clean…should vacuum today and rotate the couch cushions but three hours of cooking is going to wear me out….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
