{"id":31020,"date":"2024-11-17T15:30:11","date_gmt":"2024-11-17T20:30:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=31020"},"modified":"2024-11-17T15:30:11","modified_gmt":"2024-11-17T20:30:11","slug":"yummy-turkey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=31020","title":{"rendered":"Yummy turkey&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;man, the turkey came out good without brining it today but it took 4 hours to cook, eat, and clean up and that is a long commitment&#8230;but if I spread that time over that 5 days it will last, it&#8217;s not so bad&#8230;I did get three rides in but didn&#8217;t have time to let the temp come up so I could ride in shorts&#8230;oh, well&#8230;only two more nights of being good or I guess of still not being sick&#8230;officially&#8230;so I will enjoy these two days&#8230;one question I have is whey the hell can my glucose be high when I get 4 hours of exercise every day, don&#8217;t eat fast or fried foods or any white carbohydrates or desserts&#8230;what the hell am I doing all this work for when my body is going to fail anyway?
