Well…not sure if I’m on time or running late today but I do know that I miss the days of taking it easy and not having anything to do…but I do need to get on the bike here in a half hour or so to get the 24 miles in that I need to do today…I knew it was going to snow overnight but it’s still shocking to look out this morning and see everything covered with a few inches of it…ick…but it’s almost December and it’s a month later than the first snow last year when Halloween was a a disaster for my trees…got a text from my daughter last night letting me know she is leaving to go to Peru Saturday for two weeks…hiking to Macchu Picchu and spending time in an Amazon ecolodge…sounds pretty cool and I am happy she is taking some time off and relaxing…with the snow out there, I’m surely not doing any outdoor rides anytime soon so the only decision I need to make is 24 or 32 miles indoors today? Man, I’m tired even though I did sleep okay last night and I think I’ll try to take a nap today…okay…I haven’t been able to nap in many, many years so I’m sure I won’t be able to this afternoon…not much to do today…have 20 minutes to get on the bike so I should pour more coffee down and get to it….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
