Well…up at 5:27 this morning and it’s a no coffee morning since I have to go in to have my BP checked at 9 but I am going to get two rides in before I head out…did take both of my BP meds just to see if they will work to get it down…I am so damn tired of all this crap that I may just let it stay high so I don’t have to keep screwing around and going to the doctor all the time…I’m old and tired and can accept that this is going to kill me at some point…I do need to get cleaning this place up today and all week but if I take one room a day I’ll get it done…I do need to figure out meals for the week and I may get a pork shoulder to do in the instant pot and Meijers has chicken thighs on sale for 1.49 so all I need to do is get to Wed when I do the grocery run…have leftovers for today so I really only need food for Tuesday…and that may be the Alfredo I’ve been thinking about…and I have one more serving of pasta so that should do it…it’s raining out here right now and that may make it a little sloppy getting out of here and the alley is still solid ice but I should be able to get out with no problem…it’s going back to cold after today but still no big storms and I’ll take that…3 more weeks til March…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
