Well…damn, I’m running late already and it’s only 6:41 and I need to get on the bike by 7 to be able to get the first ride in before I head out for the grocery run…I am going to try to get an outdoor ride in today but it’s all going to depend on the rain and it looks like we’ll get a couple of hours in…but it’s 31 degrees so it may be snow and then I won’t drag the bike out of the basement and I’ll wait til tomorrow…slept okay last night but sure don’t feel like it…it will be a struggle to get going in 14 minutes but I have to do it to keep on schedule…I just made some pour over coffee and I’ll have a cup of that before I head down…need to buy some more allergy meds and I’ll get some more coffee beans so I’ll have 5 pounds in stock here…I did get the work area cleaned up downstairs yesterday along with more work on the door frame but I’m not sure how much I’ll do today…some, I’m sure but I have no motivation right now…Man U plays this aft but they’re playing so lousy that I’m not sure I want to see it…need to get moving…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
