Well…I guess the two day rule works for jaw pain as it does for the rest of my body…my whole face hurts this morning and I’ve already taken some pain killers to try to cut it a bit….man, I feel like crap today and I’m still grinding my teeth like crazy and I wonder if this is going to be the new normal? I sure hope not….didn’t get a lot done yesterday and I’m not going to do much today with how I feel right now…I do need to go out to pick up two prescriptions after I get a ride or two in and I am going to try to get an outdoor ride in this aft…I am already tired of having to take tiny little bits of food and keep the sockets from filling with it…and I have 6 months of that crap to get through….yeah…I do sound depressed because I am…it’s April 4th and it’s only 31 degrees here and there is no warm up in the forecast so that is depressing, too…it may get into the 50’s today but then back into the 30’s and that is just wrong…oh, well…not much to do today….just going to survive the day with how I feel and get on the bike here in a few minutes…more coffee first….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
