Well…damn, one of these day I’m going to take a day off…so worn out this morning that it’s all I can do is sit here and try to get one of these out…up at 4am today but was able to get back to sleep until around 6 but that is not enough…the damn heat is on again for the 7th day in a row and this is not like any May that I can remember…it’s only 41 degrees out there so that means I won’t be on the outdoor bike until after noon…but I need to get two indoor rides in before 10 when F1 qualifying is on…so I can wait a bit and have all of the coffee before I get moving…didn’t get much done yesterday but I do need to get the chicken in the freezer before it spoils and then plan some meals for next week…I do need to make some stir fry but I won’t get to the Masala until next week…need to get blood drawn for a full metabolic panel and another PSA test next week and I sure hope the cancer hasn’t come back…not sure what I’ll do if it has…it’s been almost two years since I had it cut out of me but I know they left some in there…not ready to die yet but if that is my fate, I can live with it…ha,ha…not much to do today…just need to drag my butt downstairs to get the day going but I am going to have one more cup of coffee first…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
