Well…I wonder how the heck I can be running late at 6:25 in the morning?\u00a0 Need to be on the bike by 7am to get two rides in before I head out to the library for 3 new books…just started the coffee and it’s not working at all yet…ick…I can’t believe how sore I was after the yard work yesterday…I could barely move I was so stiff and it’s probably going to get worse as I get older….oh, well…at least I don’t have yard work to do today…but I really should get on the windows since they are full of dirt…at least the kitchen but that seems to be too much work right now…it’s going to be in the upper 80’s this weekend and into next week so there will be trips to the beach starting Monday….I still have the coating on my tongue and will need more treatment after I get the dangerous freckle removed Tuesday…man, it’s hard getting old…going to make a blt today to go with the dog and I need to plan meals for the weekend…should make Masala but I’m not sure if I want to make that much effort…not much to do today…just need to get off my butt and get the rides going and I only have 16 minutes to get it done…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
