Well…I really did think the pain from the crash yesterday was going to last a few days but it’s already getting better and I may be pain free by Sunday if I stay on this trajectory…fingers crossed…I did go out and get bagels and cream cheese to try in my new toaster and I really like that cheap little thing…nice even toasting and it even has a cancel button on the front that pops it up if you need it to…it is even wide enough to fit a Thomas’s really thick bagel with space left over…so it’s a deal for 15 bucks…I did get out to the beach and got a swim in and that was fun…there were even some waves to play in…still damn hot here at 87 degrees and if this keeps up, I’ll probably wear my tower fan out before summer is over…it only got down to 76 last night and the humidity was in the mid 90’s when I went out for the first ride…I really crashed after the second ride and it took me\u00a0 half hour and eating something to recover from it…so I tried to do better today with the bagel and cream cheese, some chicken casserole, and then breakfast for dinner…and I may have a snack later…and I’m going to switch over to martinis tonight just for a change ans see how that works out…more reading…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
