Well…up too damn early at 5:31 and don’t feel like I’ve slept at all so it will be a grind to get going…but I will as I always do…going to have a bagel before I get on the bike and lots more coffee…not too sore today and I really hope I’ve eaten enough to support it after running out of energy on the second ride yesterday…it only got down to 77 overnight and I can feel the humidity as I sit here pouring the coffee down…didn’t get much done but read yesterday and I have one more day of leftovers so I don’t have to cook today…just got a high wind warning on the widget that is going to be here by noon but I’ll be long done with the rides by then and I’ll have to remember to do the weight work before it gets too hot…Wrexham plays in a few minutes but I won’t be able to watch much of it since I do need to get on the bike…soon there will be soccer on every Saturday and Sunday so that will give me something to have on in the background…not much to do today…just need to get the rides in and then wing it from there…and start a new book…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
