Well…damn, up at 5:31 again today and that is getting pretty old…and I need to get on the bike before 7 to get two rides in before the rain comes in at 10am or so…pretty damn worn out today so getting going is not going to be easy…almost to 6,000 miles for the year so anything else will be gravy…with no goal this year I’m still moving forward but there is quickly coming a time when I won’t be able to do it and that sucks…don’t really have a plan for the day other than getting the rides in and making a grocery list that is not going to have much on it but I may buy some chicken breasts at aldis to make a stir fry even though I don’t need it…should still be eating out of the freezer and I’m going to try to do that…I wonder how long I could do that? A month? Probably should take inventory and plan some meals instead of just winging it…not much to do today…just going to finish the last book after the rides and make another batch of home made pickles…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
