Well…damn, I’m exhausted this morning and I’m sure it’s from being up and down all night…and I just poured the first cup of coffee so that’s not going to help for a while…and I really do need to get on the bike before 7 so that gives me 21 minutes to get moving…the humidity is back and I’m sitting here sweating already even though the temp is only 67…I am going to go out to the beach today with summer winding down and there is a sense of urgency to it…another task to be accomplished that should just be fun…oh, well…I’m hoping that my legs will be better today after my right hip just howling at me yesterday but it doesn’t hurt right now so maybe…the heat is going back up to almost 90 until Sunday and then next week we’ll have highs in the 70’s and that will be welcome…still have leftovers for today with a dog and blt but I will have to cook tomorrow…some stir fry chicken I think and maybe just a chicken breast to make sandwiches since I have lettuce and tomatoes…I did make another jar of pickles yesterday and I’ll try it today to see if the 1 1\/2 cups of vinegar is the way to go…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
