Well…damn, running late already and it’s only 6:40 and that sucks…need to get going by 7 so that means hauling ass from this point forward…didn’t sleep much last night and that is going to hurt later but I’m not sure what I’m going to do today…don’t think it’s going to be warm enough to go to the beach this morning but I do need to go to the library and then to Meijers to pick up a prescription for my BP meds…and do the bike rides…it’s only 63 here right now and I did have to close up the windows since it was a little cool with a breeze blowing through here…and there is a weather change coming with highs in the 70’s for the next week starting tomorrow and I can take a bit of that…the heat and humidity has been wearing me out and I’ve been wearing out the tower fan running it all day…I’m laughing that they have an inch of rain in the forecast for tomorrow and I don’t remember them being so wrong so long…that inch of rain has been forecast for weeks and it never comes…oh, well…need to get going…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
