Well…up and out of bed before 6 again today and it’s down to 61 degrees and I wonder if I’ll have to wear a light fleece for the first ride this morning…have 45 minutes before I need to get on the bike and I need to toast a bagel and have that, too….running out of days to go to the beach so I may go out there this morning to see if I can get a swim in…hasn’t been too bad of a year for the beach but time is changing and I have to get used to that…it seems that the seasons are more defined out here and change more quickly…one day it’s 90 degrees and a few days later it’s only in the 70’s…oh, well…I’ve been emptying the freezer the past couple of weeks and I’m all the way down to soup and I may have to use the ham bones to make more to keep getting the freezer organized…I did get a little cleaning done yesterday and I’m going to try to keep that up today…the bathroom needs a once over and I do need to get rid of the amazon boxes that have piled up in here….but a bagel and the bike rides first….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
