Well…crap, just pulling up to the garage door on the bike this morning and felt a pop in my left knee…have been hobbling around all day from it and every time I use it it gives me a little jolt and I hope I’ll be able to ride tomorrow…okay, it’s not that bad but my right knee has been the one hurting all summer and now both of them hurt…I guess I can take an ibuprofen…didn’t do anything but veg and read today and I got though an entire book and I’m going to start the last one as soon as I finish this…then I need to start weaning myself from reading so I can get other stuff done around here…it looks like swimming is done for the summer since the water is too damn cold and it’s only going to be in the 60’s until Wednesday…I can still go out there to get some sun for this last week but then the chair and towel comes out of the trunk until next summer…oh, well…back to reading…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
