Well…up at 5:36 this morning and that is too damn early…haven’t slept well for so long I don’t even remember it anymore and that sucks…I am so worn out from getting the new equipment going yesterday that it’s going to be a chore getting going today…I do need to run an errand after the rides this morning but I really don’t want to do anything right now…but I have over an hour before I need to get on the bike so I hope the coffee is working before that…don’t have to cook today with making the Masala yesterday but I do need to plan for later in the week…it’s warm enough to get out in shorts today and that is a welcome change from the past few days when I had to put long pants on…have lots of pain going on today with every damn joint feeling like it’s full of sand…so maybe there will be an ibuprofen in my future…damn, coughing again and I guess I’m not over the covid yet or maybe this is really allergies again…might have to do the grocery run tomorrow to avoid the rain that is supposed to happen Wed…but I just want to sit here and have more coffee….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
