Should have the weight work and first ride in by now but I just can&#8217;t get going&#8230;pouring coffee down and it&#8217;s not working at all&#8230;I wonder if this will be the elusive one ride day? It&#8217;s been so damn cold here that I can&#8217;t get warm even with not going outside and shoveling snow&#8230;and it gets worse as I age&#8230;I may have to buy some long underwear to wear inside&#8230;I finally got some cleaning done yesterday but I&#8217;m not sure if I&#8217;ll get more done today since I&#8217;m making ham soup for lunch and that takes a couple of hours&#8230;it is nice to have some room in the freezer after taking the 2 ham bones out so I&#8217;ll have room to put the next one in after I buy one this week at 89 cents a pound&#8230;not much to do today&#8230;just need to get off my butt and get the weight work in and get on the bike in the next 20 minutes&#8230;man, I am getting tired of having so much to do every day&#8230;more later&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;how the heck can I be running so late at 7:45?
