Or 8:14 for that matter&#8230;feel like crap today after only having one meal yesterday but I&#8217;m going to do that again today&#8230;I guess I never learn&#8230;need to get moving soon to get everything done before 9am&#8230;why, I&#8217;m not sure&#8230;up and down all night last night and drinking so much water to try to stave off dehydration&#8230;my fingers looked like I&#8217;d been swimming for hours but they are better today&#8230;it is kind of nice that I don&#8217;t have to cook for the next week or so after making the big meal yesterday&#8230;I am going to have a bagel here in a minute before I get on the weights and I really need more coffee before I do anything&#8230;really should clean some today but I need a day off that I will never take and that sucks&#8230;going to read a lot today so I can go to the library and get more books in a day or so&#8230;the weather is going to get ugly for the next week with a couple of days that the highs will be in the teens&#8230;that sounds like hibernation time to me&#8230;.more later&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;up at 5:14 this morning and I am so tired of this damn time&#8230;what is wrong with 6:14 or 7:14?
