Well…boy, sleeping this morning was a little different…up at 4:14 but was able to get back to kinda sleep until almost 6am and that make me later for getting my day started..6:20 and I just took my first sip of coffee so I am so damn late that I don’t think I’ll catch up…will need to get the weight work done by 7am and get on the bike…luckily, I don’t have to go anywhere today and I’ll be using up leftovers so I don’t have to cook…have been doing the one meal thing for a while now and I need to keep it up to lose the 10 pounds I need to…it looks like the 7th day of no snow but we’re not warm enough to melt it much…only 17 degrees right now but it is supposed to get above freezing for the next few days and still no snow in the forecast so I’ll take it…not sure why it should be but I am sore all over today and it may but how I slept last night…have been using voltarin on my left elbow and right thumb and I may have to do that again this morning before I get on the bike…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
