{"id":33609,"date":"2026-02-17T05:56:09","date_gmt":"2026-02-17T10:56:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=33609"},"modified":"2026-02-17T05:56:09","modified_gmt":"2026-02-17T10:56:09","slug":"february-17th-15","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=33609","title":{"rendered":"February 17th"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Well&#8230;up a little after 5 again today and I am really tired of it&#8230;I remember times when getting up this early never happened and I could sleep in til 10am and I am quickly coming to the idea that I need to take something for at least one night of sleep&#8230;it&#8217;s almost 6 and I need to get going so I can be done with the indoor ride by 8 or so&#8230;going to get an outdoor ride in today but then the temps drop again into the 30&#8217;s but we are getting towards March and I sure hope some warmer temps&#8230;need to figure out some meals after the pizza leftovers are gone tomorrow but nothing grabs me&#8230;maybe some pasta?
