Well…up a little before 5 this morning and I went straight out on the porch to look for the lunar eclipse but it’s cloudy here so I didn’t see much of it…slept okay but feel pretty worn out this morning and it’s going to be tough getting going this morning…and, while it warms up this week, then it goes down into the 20’s for a week and that sucks…didn’t eat much yesterday but I need to do better today…so, I’ll have a bagel before I get on the bike here in a few minutes and lots more coffee…didn’t get much done yesterday but wash the car but I do need to get the grocery list ready for the run tomorrow even though I don’t need much other than milk…going to do the breakfast for lunch thing again today…have been having trouble with my BP the past couple of days and I may have to make a doctor appointment…I couldn’t get under 140 yesterday and that’s way too high…not much to do today…just need to get started on the weight work now and then grit my teeth and get the rides in…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
