Well…up at 4:14 this morning or is it 5:14? DST just screws me up for a few days and I’ll be doing the calculations of time for a while…so I’ll crash later and I hope I can take a nap…didn’t sleep well at all last night and I’m sitting here in kind of a daze that I hope will lift after I pour some coffee down…not as sore as I expected to be today and I can even move my left elbow without pain and that is weird after how much it hurt yesterday…not sure what the food is going to be today but I should make a pizza so I can use up the pepperoni and green pepper that I have in the fridge…this one is a 4 meat that I’ve never had before and it may be a bit much…but I guess we’ll see…damn, I’m already tired and can barely move…I probably should clean some today but I just need to get through the weight work and the indoor ride to get the day started…probably won’t do an outdoor ride today since I just need a rest…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
