Well…that was a little better…up at 4:10 but forced myself to go back to sleep until after 6 today and I needed that after the time change…and I’ve already had a bagel after only eating about 700 calories yesterday…need the fuel if I’m going to keep up the pace…with the easy day yesterday, I need to do everything today but I’m not sure if I’ll get outside for a ride with how the wind is howling today…want to run an errand with the top down on the car no matter how cold it is…it’s just time to get the third top down ride for the year before the temp plunges Wed and then we endure a week of 30’s…and even 20’s next week and that just sucks…didn’t get a lot done yesterday but I need to clean the kitchen today from top to bottom and then do some meal planning…going to see if I can get some corned beef at aldi even though it’s 3.50 a pound so I can make corned beef and cabbage in the instant pot later in the week and maybe some masala…I should be able to splurge a little and not just make cheap meals…have no room in the freezer for more DD stuff so I probably should not buy anything this week and just use what I have…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
