Well…up a little after 5 this morning…that’s getting to be a little boring, isn’t it? Slept okay, I guess…and I feel okay this morning and I still feel good that I can walk again without a lot of pain…but I’ll have to keep up the water treatment to keep the gout away…I did get some work done yesterday and I really should continue that today but I’m not sure what that would be yet…still working on the kitchen so I should do the floors and the counters in there…it’s only 28 degrees out there heading for another high in the 30’s and that sucks for being almost April…so, of course I won’t be on the outdoor bike today…just started pouring the coffee down and I’d really like it to start working soon so I can get moving…going to be an easy day if I do it right…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
