Well…another day of out of bed before 6 and I feel pretty worn out from it…just poured the first cup of coffee and I sure hope it gets me started soon…I think today is going to be the first day of 2 outdoor rides since it’s 50 already and that means I can get out as soon as it gets light…I did look for a new bike yesterday but one drawback is that I re-geared the ones I have to a road bike gearing to get more speed out of 24th and it will take a couple of years to wear out the gearing on any new bike…not going to replace a new crankset or cassette so I’ll have to live with the slower speed for a while…and that means I’ll be 75 before I get the gearing back to what I like…but I can at least get a new bike for 449.00 that is just like two of them I have…I guess I’ll have to think about that…okay, it’s not 50 but 42 and that is still warm enough to go out at first light…I do need to eat more than I have been with only one meal a day for a week now and I’m not sure if I’m going to buy another ham or a pork shoulder this week…Meijers has pork shoulder on sale for 1.49 a pound and that may be a good change if I can get a small one…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
