Well…I did get the laundry done today but not much else…coming back from the 2nd ride I was just dead on the bike…and I know I whine about this a lot but I don’t think half a chicken breast and two spoonfuls of pasta salad was enough to support riding 26 miles a day for the past week…so today I had a chicken sandwich with some pasta salad for lunch and then 2 pieces of pizza for dinner and that should be enough to get started on tomorrow..it’s been a while since I felt so lousy on the bike but that’s what happens when you balance calorie intake on a fine edge…I did see a tiny, tiny snapping turtle hatchling on the trail today and had to stop to pick it up and move into the grass at Heritage Landing where I think he was heading toward water…have seen quite a few snappers out here and I hope this one survives…the trip to Ollie’s was a bust since they didn’t have anything I wanted but that’s pretty normal…I did put the top down for the errands today and even at 48 degrees it was fun…and I got more books so I’ll have them for the weekend…okay, back to reading…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
