Well…it got up to 90 today and that’s pretty darn hot compared to how cool it’s been all this year…I did get out to the beach today but I forgot my water bottle and the bug spray which I really needed with the biting flies that were all over…have already put that in the bag for tomorrow…and yes, I’m going back to the beach again tomorrow with the hope that the water will be warm enough to swim after the heat today…still too darn cold today and without the bug spray, I cut it short and came home after an hour and a half…I did still get some color and I needed that…maybe I have a vitamin D deficiency after using the heavy duty sunscreen for so long? It was a busy morning with doing the weight work, two rides, mowing the lawn, and heading out to have blood drawn in the north end before I went to the beach…so I am a little worn out already so I’m going to sit here with the fan on for a while and read…have a heat warning on with the crazy humidity out here but I still like the hot weather and can deal with it…it was nice to just sit and listen to the waves at the beach and relax for a bit…didn’t even get my book out to read…it was a little weird to have hot coffee on an 81 degree beach but that’s my life now even though I wanted some cold beer…oh, well….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
