Well…riding in the rain yesterday just wore me out and I’m not really sure why…I mean it’s just water so it shouldn’t be that much more work…hmmm…with the rain we got yesterday, my lawn should be greening up again but there is a drought coming with no rain for the next 2 weeks so anything gained will be lost pretty quick…I do have to spray the bike off before I can ride today or the shifters won’t work too well the bike has so much dirt on it…even with the fenders on the bike, I was still covered in crap when I got done so everything I was wearing went straight into the laundry…I do need to get the chicken in the freezer this morning after I do the weed walk and then start planning meals for the rest of the week…not sure about the beach today sine they just issued a beach advisory to stay out of the water so then what’s the point? It was pretty quiet here yesterday and I hope that continues since I am so damn tired of having to make noise complaints…okay…need to get off my butt and get the weight work done….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
